Trough Cable Tray Production Line

The economical type cable tray production line developed by Tianjin Coorig Technology Co., Ltd. consists of three parts: the groove type bridge production line, connecting plate production line and bridge cooling hole automatic stamping production line. The price of the equipment is far lower than the existing automatic production line on the market and the production efficiency is far higher than the traditional shearing and folding processing.

BASIC CONFIGURATION

1. One  electric  adjustable  speed  material  de-coiler; 

2. One  main  machine ;

3. One  feeding  platform;

4. One  roll forming  machine (mainly to complete the forming of cable tray bridge cover);

5. One  feeding  platform;

6. One  roll  forming  machine (mainly to complete the forming of cable tray);

7. One  receiving  platform;

8. A  CNC  system ；

9. Optional  bottom  transverse  reinforcement  system.

FUNCTION

The production line can mainly complete the production of groove type cable tray and bridge cover,
it can process the groove type cable tray with width of 100 ~ 800mm and height ≤ 200mm.
The production line automatically completes uncoiling, leveling, punching,
cutting to length and forming.
