U Shape Auto Duct Line 5

Mainly complete the forming of TDF flange / Angle iron flange or "C" shape flange duct,The daily processing capacity is 600 to 2500m2. While in production, only need to input the size of the processing duct, then the auto duct line can automatically complete the uncoiling, leveling, beading, notching and punching(punching holes), shearing, high speed Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming / Angle iron flange forming, "C" shape flange forming, plugging function, servo folding and forming. Optional 8 tons or 10 tons of hydraulic de-coiler.

1. Small floor area and material processing saving mode; 

2. The folding platform adopts servo feeding, accurate positioning;

3. Adopt touch screen and keyboard input dual mode;   

4. Simple and convenient for blank sheet opening;   

5. Support stainless steel welding duct processing mode;   

6. Export and print production record data (optional);   

7. Data exchange with BIM (optional);   

8. Support hole punching, TDF flange hole punching and square beading function (optional);   

9. "C" shape flange and plugging function (optional);   

10. Pittsburgh lock forming in front (optional).
