Super Auto Duct Line 5

Mainly complete the duct of TDF flange/Angle iron flange or "C" shape flange duct, with processing capacity of 600 to 2000 ㎡. In production, only need to input the processing size of the duct, then the production line can automatically complete the uncoiling, leveling, beading, notching and punching (punching hole), shearing, high speed Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF Flange forming/Angle iron flange forming/“C" shape flange forming, servo folding and forming.

LINEAR STRUCTURE

1. Linear structure, with material processing saving mode;
2. The folding platform adopts servo feeding, accurate positioning;
3. The input adopt touch screen and keyboard dual mode;
4. Support stainless steel welding duct processing mode;
5. Export and print production record data (optional);
6. Data exchange with BIM (optional);
7. Support rod hole punching, TDF flange hole punching, square beading function (optional);
8. "C" shape flange and plugging function (optional);
9. Pittsburgh lock forming in front (optional).
